SERVICES
Visits: The people who use our service are given the choice to register with us for our befriending program or can stay on a casual basis.
Those who opt for befriending/support receive regular visits being weekly or two weekly or if the need is more it could be as much as two visits per week. We respond to the need and it has been known for us to visit a client on a daily basis but only in extreme cases and only if the client agrees.
After an initial meeting, needs are assessed resulting with an appropriate care plan. Progressing the lives of people and empowering them to make their own decisions by giving them opportunities and guidance.
Over 1000 people will use BigLove in some shape or form every 6 months. People vary from the street homeless to single parents and whole families in accommodation.
Any service we deliver; we deliver in love.

We have assisted individuals in various other housing issues, such as reversing eviction notices, move on accommodations and finding appropriate housing regarding circumstances.
